There are three levels of employment at Ventures: Office/Administrative; Field operations, and Service positions.
Sample Office/Administrative positions: Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Safety, Human Resources, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, Public Relations Civil Engineering, Geologists,
Environmental Engineering, IT Technician, Office Managers, and Administrative Assistants.
Sample Field Operations positions: Laborer, Operator, Truck Driver, Foreman, Timekeeper Superintendent, Surveyor, Cost Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator, Dispatcher, and Project Administrative Assistant.
Sample Maintenance and Service positions include Welder, Diesel Mechanic and Truck Mechanic.
Most positions are full-time. Most positions require a person to be 18 years of age and many positions require a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. All positions require applicants to be authorized to work in the United States.
